Your first thing is to get out of rookgaard as fast as possible!� This can be a simple very simple task if you just follow my guide.

Your first objective is to login into the game.� Once you have logged in I suggest going through the tutorial because it’s an easy way to get 150 experience and some basic equipment in 5 to 10 minutes.� Once your done with the tutorial I would suggest going straight to rats (either free or premium depending on your account status).� Hunt here until level 3 or 4.

Free Account Rat Cave Location: Southwest from the temple, you’ll see a little house, go in there and go down the stairs, you’ll find rats.� Be careful if you go down in the sewers there will be cave rats.
Premium Account Rat Cave Location: Go to the shop west from the start of premium area, go down twice and you’ll find a whole cave system of rats.

Once you’ve achieved level 3 or 4 in rats, my suggestion is to use the gold you have obtained from rats to buy some decent equipment. Go to the equipment shop either in the free or premium area.

Recommended Equipment to buy: Leather Armor, Leather Legs, Leather Helmet, Wooden Shield, Saber/Axe/Bone Club. If you do not have enough for all this equipment and you really want to get it all, which I recommend for fast and safe leveling, go hunt sheep and/or rabbits for meat and ham. Then go to NPC Willie (Free Area) or NPC Billy (Premium Area) and sell the meat and ham you have collected.

Free Account Location: North of temple until you see the middle of town, and then go to the east.
Premium Location: Right above the premium rat location.

Ok now it gets easy! All that worrying about equipment is out of the way.� Now this is where the free and premium account leveling change tremendously, so bare with me.� For premium account it’s pretty simple, just go to the bugs in the premium area and hunt there until level 6.� For free accounts the best way to level is to go to the bugs and spiders area and kill anything on the way.� For free accounts I cannot guarantee there won’t be a lot of people doing what your doing so I recommend killing anything you can kill that gets in your way.

If your health runs low go back to town and go to the bridge area that seperates creatures from safety, and say to the NPC on the bridge, “hi”, “heal.”� Then go back to hunting.

Premium Bugs/Spiders Location: Right next to the premium account area entrance.
Free Bugs/Spiders Location: It is located in the farthest southwest part of the free account hunting area.

For free accounts you cannot do much more, but continue hunting bugs/spiders until level 8 or just killing anything that gets in your way in the vast free account area.� To me this is the best and fastest method of leveling if you are a free account.

However for Premium Accounts there is a faster way than leveling just off bugs, especially because the bug area in the premium account area can get crowded very quickly and become terrible experience. So, once you have reached level 6 my recommendation is to go to the wolve mountain in the premium hunting grounds.� The area is located just past the bridge.� Once there their will be 3 wolf spots.� One in the middle, one in the southeast corner, and one in the northwest corner.� I recommend going through each of these slaying the wolves.� This is the best way because after you kill all the wolves you can go to the next wolf mountain (probably respawned by then) and start killing the creatures on the way as well, which will help you maximize your experience per hour and help you get out of rook faster.� Do this until level 8.

Ok, so you’ve achieved level 8, now here’s the hardest part of the tutorial. Choosing your vocation.

Here is each vocation, and a little description for each:

Paladin: Paladins are masters of distance, they strive in attacking creatures from far away.� They are skilled in the abilties of using spears, bows, and crossbows.� They advance quicker than knights in distance skills, and their shielding advance just as fast as knights.

My Advice: Paladins are a good way to go if you want a character that won’t take much damage because paladins often stay away from creature’s attacks.

Knight: Knights are masters of melee. They use either club, axe, or sword to destroy their targets.� They yield high amounts of damage with the use of melee weapons, and are like a tank that can take a lot of damage.

My Advice: Choose a knight if you want a character that can deal a lot of melee damage and if you prefer to hunt in groups. Most knights receive the loot from the creature’s they hunt in groups because they are the ones taking the damage.

Druid: Druids are healers and extremely similar to their counterpart sorcerers.� They have similar attacks to sorceres however, they choose to use ice and earth instead of fire and energy (sorcerers).

My Advice: Choose a druid if you want a vast amount of healing spells, and if you want to be able to yield a lot of damage in a short amount of time.

Sorcerer: Sorcerers of the masters of arcane arts.� They deal damage with energy or fire.� Their attacks are deadly, and they are able to make the most powerful damage rune in the game at level 45 (Sudden Death Rune).

My Advice: Choose a sorcerer if you want a character who deals a hell of a lot of damage in a short amount of time, and if you want to make money or use Sudden Death Runes I would recommend this character highly.

Now I’ll quit my yapping choose your damn character already!

Download the install tibia maps package and extract them to the desktop.

For Windows XP: Go to C Drive > Documents and Settings > Your User Name

In your user folder go to folder options.

Click the view tab and check the box that says show hidden files and folders.

Open the Application Data folder.

Open the Tibia folder and put all the map files you downloaded into the Automap folder.

For Windows Vista: The only thing that is different is the location of the Automap folder.

C Drive > Documents and Settings > Your User Name > Application Data> Roaming> Tibia >Automap

Hunt at Edron Trolls until level nine. I recommend that you train here also, making leveling later on easier. When you reach level nine buy exura.

Edron Rotworms 9-20

After you have around 50/50 skills, you should hunt Edron Rotworms until level 20.

Liberty Bay Rotworms Partial 20-30
Yeah, now it’s time for some loads of money and leveling. You will stay here until you reach level 30,� you don’t need to upgrade to anything just yet.

North of Port-Hope (Jungle) 30-50
This place is good because the spawn is big and you are very close to the protection zone incase someone tried to pk you. Stay here from level 30-50 you don’t get a lot of money but that is why you were hunting rotworms before.

Port Hope Dworcs 50-70
This place gives you around 25-35k/h but it’s good for money and that’s what you need right now because you want to upgrade your equipment. Dworces stay south of Port Hope, and you will loot Tribal Mask and Bask Skirt, which the NPC above the dp buys.� Stay here until you reach your goal of 250-400k .

Take a break from hunting and do the following quests:
10k Quest
Paradox Quest
Shattered Isles Quest
Ice Islands Quest (until Chakoyas if you want)
Tibia Tales Quest
Bk Quest
Crusader Helmet Quest
Bright Sword Quest

With the money you have from doing the quests, buy Promotion and get the following equipment (some you have obtained already from the quests).

This is a good place because if you do full-spawn you can even get up to the 70k-80k.You may be asking yourself (Why am I doing this?) Well it’s called getting money and exp while your at it because the next place your going you need loads of potions� so why not go to Tyrsung. Loot: Halberds, Battle Shields, and use the scripted provided that uses Obsidian Knige on Ice Cube to see if you made a Sculpture.

You need money and loots of it, therefore why not go Barbarians.� Here you will loot all the items that are sellable to Rashid and sell it to him. Since you have done the postman quest already you should bring a parcels to send the loot to your depot. You should hunt the big spawn, but if it isn’t open then go to the Ice Witch Tower.

Frost Dragons 135-150
Use your money and bot Olkonir with Softboots and rings if you want. You will get an insane amount of experience here.
